Experience and Projects

• Conducted Integrated Design & Technical Development Projects for 50 artisans in Dari Craft (2012-13), with a sanctioned amount of ₹10,00,000.
• Organized Craft Bazaar in Bareilly (2013) for SC/ST and general artisans with 150 stalls; received ₹9,18,750 in financial assistance.
• Executed training in Metal Craft (2011-12) for 50 artisans, with ₹8,00,000 sanctioned.
• Organized Craft Bazaars in Nashik (Sept 2011) and Vadodara (Jan 2011)—each supported with ₹9,18,750 and featured 150 artisan stalls.
• Conducted 3 Design & Technical Development Workshops for 180 artisans in Artistic Dari and Zari Craft; each workshop funded with ₹1,80,000.
• Implemented Kishori Shakti Yojana and various vocational training programs for women in collaboration with UP Mahila Kalyan Nigam.
